I've sent 5 runes yesterday and they arrived.
Hm, that would be very weird.
No, I think it's a problem of multiple objects that are conflicting. Locks should catch that, but for some reason something is going wrong. If I could just figure out when it's going wrong I could trace the whole thing, but simple transfers (ie, when there is no battling, income calc, etc going on) work fine.
*puts on debugging helmet again*
Here's the thing, there are no log entries between the send and the failure to receive. Only thing active was an upgrade (running before and after the event)
Another 5 runes didn't show up to me today.......
daedeloth said "I'm sorry. I've made it policy to not refund lost runes, because there is no way to prove that you've actually lost them" does this mean he is inferring that the p[layers that say they lost them cheats and liars, most are long term players that have supported this game when you asked for help.
do the right thing and return the runes until the bug is fixed
I've temporary disabled trading until I figured this one out.
No, I'm not saying I don't believe you, but if I refund once's runes, I have to refund everyones runes and yes, I'm saying I don't trust everybody.
I've pushed a new fix to testing, please test it as much as possible. My tests show it works, but then again, the previous fix also worked. As soon as this one is confirmed I'll push it to speed.
All I am asking is this, because there is a bug we all know about it. We lost runes because there is a bug.
Please look at the players who have been playing this game for a long time and rethink about not trusting them, you asked for their money and they gave it, did not question you or if you could be trusted, they did it without question
daed can u just stop rune trading? having trading stopped altogether could cause very serious problems for some villages in a very short amount of time
have a messages on it: trading at own risk. We need the trading and most unberstand you can't give lost stuff back

got everything, but log still says You have received NOTHING. with weapons
Daed, can't you disable rune trades but enable resource and equipment trades? I've just got hit hard, lost half of my food production (now losing food every second), and I can't even get some help from my clan mates. If you can't find this bug within the next 3 days, I am doomed.
Daed, not very many play in the beta server. Push it here and we will all test it on speed. We need to be able to trade resources immediately.
How long is this going to take? I can't wait any longer for food from clanmates, at this speed it will take weeks before I've rebuild to wat I had 2 days ago.
Any word yet on markets functioning again?
I did some more tests on my dev server, haven't encountered the bug.
I'll push the updates to speed and enable trading again, hopefully without the bug now.
