Topic: runes dissapearing

sent runes from my outpost to my main and they never showed up logs say they arrived in my main village early this morning but they are not there.... i have not been attacked and have not done any upgrades in that village since i "recieved" the runes.... please fix quickly... sad

hey dead, i had the same problem a while ago! but i was not 100% sure.
and now when i see it happends more i'll post mine to.

This just happened to me....I did not get it either.

happened to me the same sent a rune away never got to its destination. Do we have raiders in the game?

Yes I just had something odd happen too. My water rune seemed to disappear. I had a que to upgrade and later i came back the que was gone but the stable wasn't upgraded..the men to train que was still there so i canceled it...looked in stable it was still same level..no water rune listed in my list.. Now afterwords I click to upgrade stable and its upgrading..Very strange. Was about to go leave a post on it but decided to try the upgrade anyhow.  The runes might still be there..but not updating the information correctly.

I don't know if it's related (or if it's a feature), but some castle upgrades (2-4) do not count against your defense bonus.  Upgrading castle to lvl 5 onward do count against your defense bonus.  Each time after I upgrade, I check the econ button, and also can see that the appropriate "Used" column, row combination has increased by the number used in the upgrade.

sent 15 runes they are in the clan members log as being sent, they never arrives. These are runes I purchased and need them to upgrade now. Is anything being done to fix this problem?

Hi,

I'm sorry. I've made it policy to not refund lost runes, because there is no way to prove that you've actually lost them. I'm not saying this to challenge you and I'm not blaming you of lying, it's just that if I refund your runes I'll have to do it for everyone else as well and I'm sure some people will use that in their advantage.

The bug should be fixed now, but if anyone encounters the issue again, I'll reopen the issue.

Sorry for the late reply, I spent a lot of time coding, I know my communication time is way too limited. However, I rather get things fixed.

I paid for the runes, so you are keeping my money? if you accept payment for something then you should be at least good enough to refund the credits, do you want the logs? I now have very little food because I can't upgrade, is this

I'm noticing a trend here - someone else look at what's been lost.  I'm only losing shipments where there is an odd number of one rune type... For example: 2 fires will arrive safely, 2 fires and 2 waters will arrive safely, 1 or 3 fires will probably not arrive, 1 fire and 2 waters may not arrive.  Might be a coincidence, but it may not be
