Topic: New plans for servers

Hi,

Me and Milan have been thinking. In essence we don't have enough players to keep 2 servers going. That's why Milan proposed to just keep one server running, a mixture between speed and stable.

What does that mean? We keep the resource income and build / craft / training times at 3x, as it is now on speed. But the troop travel time will be reduced to twice the speed, so troops will move slower than on speed.

Everything will, however, still go faster than the current stable server.

Then we would end the current stable server and just rename the new speed server as "stable server". In the end we would end up with 2 servers, stable and "testing".

Let me know what you guys think about this, if you agree we just cancel the stable launch and end the stable server at the first of september.

I like the new idea but only as long as what ever you have done with stable stays, I can access it from work but not speed. My company had a games ban on the internet use but I can access stable but not speed.

Sounds great Daed and Milan. Is the underground stuff going to be put into the new server?

Yes, as soon as the underground is tested it will be pushed to the speed server.
