So... you are complaining about being farmed 9 months ago (before Yan was a mod) after you and someone else tried to farm him on a different server?  Is that it?  This is the precise reason why most of us use different names when changing servers... and never log into both servers at the same time.

I would think the mods on the server you played on would do everything within their powers to make sure the game is fun for everyone, did you talk to the mods if you weren't able to play or rebuild?
Or were they just probes?

Your village is 38100% bigger than the defending village. You will probably lose 90 honour by attacking this village. If someone of your clan attacked this village earlier, every clan member will lose honour.

They were all real attacks. I destroyed myself and gave the runes to a lot of people to keep. I tried to rebuild and every time I got to a point i got attacked by one of them. After a few months I reset.
I know it's a war game but it's the fact that they attacked me for me attacking Yan on beta is what bugs me.

i can understand and hate it when that happens.
It's hard to not retaliate on a different server where you might have the upper hand.
After all, it's a wargame and nothing tastes better then revenge wink
It's just one of those things that happen.

All i can say is that it's perfectly okay to attack, to get attacked, we can't rule out human emotions but we also can make sure (using mod influence) that all players are able to play the game, resetting and sending runes away is something i hate to see but i know it happens sad
(don't like it cause the runes do belong to the attacker that has the winning hand)

I'm hoping that in some near future we can make sure all players will be able to play the game at all times.

One of the most critical elements of a team-based games is having groups of people that you can trust.  These people need to be both within your clan and outside of it.  This is a social game.  War and the mechanics of fighting are (pardon the expression) only half the battle.  When things go bad - and they always do in a war - you have got to have people who you can trust who can a) buy you time, b) subsidize a fight, c) come to your aid either with reinforcements or with outright attacks.  Some of the clans are more adept at the social/political part of the game.  They make use of spies, misinformation, etc... but above all, they talk to each other.  Whether or not they are actually allies is a completely different issue.  Besides, you can always find someone who is willing to subsidize a proxy war against another clan across the map.    I was always happy to buy a good war wink On I-1, I rarely had more than 1/3 of my troops at home - and frequently none.  When I did march on someone, I usually had reinforcements from outside my clan so that we were at full strength and I was able to deliver a very hard hit anywhere.  Bottom line: Neglect the political portion of this game at the peril of your clan and your village

I would like to point out that I think the reason why bowser is complaining is because on stable 1 your village can be completly destroyed in one night. Even in speed 2 with the 25% runeprotection, players loose to much (don't know how it is now on I2, I just came on  it). I know this isn't the right topic for this, but players have been telling this over and over again and it looks like this is one thing that keeps being ignored. It's no fun for the loosing player and no fun for the winning players.

Having a group off players to help you is a smart thing and you should be rewarded for it, but it leads to an unbalanced server. It's the new guys and the ones not able to get in the bigger clans that have their villages destroyed. The ones in big clans are the ones having to hold back because some poor guy called his villages  help me now and nobody wants to help him because he might be a spy or whatever. An other solution would be to change the honorcode, but that means taking away more possible targets from succesfull players, in a game that has little players for the moment while their smart thinking is already punishd by for example the rules on int 2 who are necessary to keep the game going.

We keep coming back to the same problems and issues over and over again.

I don't know the backround because i've never been much interested because he is very far away from me. But i mean to remember he was in one of the bigger clans before. And he's playing since march of 2009. So he should know a lot of big players who can help him. I don't know he ever asked  somebody personally. When somebody asked me for help or withdraw attack i've ever done it. And so would do the most i think.

I took this guy as example. Players leave, friends and allies leave, new guys don't know anybody. Someone playing on his own or in a struggeling clan shouldn't be that easily destroyed. It's no fun for them, bigger players run out off targets, bigger players get hated, even if the game had 2000 players this is a big reason why they quit. I had 5 clanmembers quit for this reason while I was in a little clan on stable before speed. I saw the entire clan quit (except for one that quit for personal reasons and one is still around in another clan) after the 25% rule on speed and quit stable for this. Even with the 25% rule alot off players quit or hid in vmode.
