Your village is 38100% bigger than the defending village. You will probably lose 90 honour by attacking this village. If someone of your clan attacked this village earlier, every clan member will lose honour.

You know as much as I do. If I had to guess int3 could be for when stable resets, whenever it does or an extra link to islands or something. int1 goes nowhere. int2 however is an extra link for speed it appears. I haven't tried it but it shows the right rankings for it.
