Will all the accounts be deleted? Or will all the villages just be reset?

It shouldn't cause any problems.  One moment there exists a server, the next it does not.

Then a new baby server is born.

registering with the name "voldtekt" by doom is not ID theft.... everyone has the freedom to create an account with any name he/she likes, first to pick the name gets it. though be warned, opening multiple accounts, even for a name stealing joke is NOT tolerated, and will result in a ban from the game.

Maybe we should offer the players a way to register their nickname before the start of the game. I'll see what I can do.

how about premium accounts? i don't have one myself, but friends of me do and they want to know if their premium ends that day or not because they don't like to pay for something and then only get half of it...

mods can delete this account if they want to, maybe they'll do something usefull for once.

if he use same email, the credits will be retained, right? they are bound to the email address.
no idea about how social networks work, but i assume using same netlog/bigpoint account will retain the credits...
which brings the point.... give us mods credit transfer buttons, and we can relieve you form a lot of work tongue
even better... give the button to the players themselves, and mind you, keep it secure.

Credits is no problem, but it's the premium account duration that won't be preserved. But I'm going to find a solution for that too.

It will be announced at least 3 months before the reset.
But a new server will start sooner.

now i have a  big problem! netlog doesn't connect anymore directly with dolumar speed server. ther are two choices. create a new account or load the exist account. but i don't know the password of my existing account because they didn't tell me. i have messages on speed and can't read them. all my informations i get in messages are lost now!!!

uhm... speed server got reset... you have no account anymore. you need to create a new one.
