I don't know if it's the same.  Are both weapons and armor upgrade potentials stored by the same variable?  It seems rather mixed up to me.  For instance, if I upgrade a Weaponsmith to level 2 and an Armorsmith to level 5, I can go to level 7 equipment.

7 x 13 = 28

see if thats the case then its bugged for me since i have 20 runes invested in my smiths yet i only have 17 upgrades purchased..i want to upgrade RAWR!
