Ofcourse not, all offensive spells only hurt the defender!

Your village is 38100% bigger than the defending village. You will probably lose 90 honour by attacking this village. If someone of your clan attacked this village earlier, every clan member will lose honour.

reminds me of the old days of red alert 2. sometimes, i can pretty much predict the result of a battle to be catastrophic, i force all my apocalypse tanks to push insanely to between the enemy tanks, get everyone preoccupied in the massacre, and NUKE the battlefield. sure, i lose quite a bunch, but i cost my enemy more wink
but in all seriousness, meteor rain is a very weak spell to be of any effect, on *my* troops or enemy's. killing 4 troops with a spell is not an achievement tongue
