Olla Daedeloth,

We (as in the clan Imperian) would like to strongly object to the way the moderators have handled the whole situation with Wolfie and Dr Veronica.

I appreciate most of use were not there at the time but the questions we raised with Hello in particular were ignored.

A complete reset of 2 of the serveres best contributers seems ver very harsh.

There unofficial " adopt a noob" was prooving to be a great success as were the discussions with the other high end players on ways to help the other player grow.

I fear all the posative game play over the last few weeks has now been a compleste waste of time.

I hope you find the time to resolve this blip by Wolfie and Veronica.

Wolfie's account was reset because she cast Tornado apparently quite a lot on Hello(whamra's) village while he was in vacation mode. The spell is available for use in game, the target was valid I fail to see the problem. Veronica was reset because.......she knew Wolfie cast the spell? This does not make sense to me. If Daedeloth or Vilmore would kindly explain this I would appreciate it. Is it a players responsibility to determine what constitutes a game exploit and what does not? If vacation mode is exploited to send troops as support or to make an attack is this an actionable exploit? It has been used often but no one I know was ever reset for this.  I am having a hard time understanding the justification for the actions taken against these two VERY active players.

I speak for THG and we object to this corse of action as well.
There are 2 things we have problems with.

1) we have some questions about the objectivity of this moderator who is known to have a personal grudge against drv and wolfie (i know this grudge comes from drv and wolfie as well, but a moderator/game admin should have risen above personal matters)

2) The reset is a bit harsh to say the least.
I am sure that if any other player apart from drv or wolfie did this to someone else then a moderator these actions would not have been done.

3) it becomes unclear about what are bugs and what are not bugs, should the game moderators also reset every account that has been sending out support while in vacay?
Why do i open up portals to vacay players?
So the players that actively abused the bug should at least have been notified before.
Some abuse of bug also happened on stable, i don't remember anyon being reset there.

Your village is 38100% bigger than the defending village. You will probably lose 90 honour by attacking this village. If someone of your clan attacked this village earlier, every clan member will lose honour.

Point One: It was not Whamra who put in for the reset. You were not present so please do not jump to conclusions.

That only says USING the bug will result in a ban. There is no warning for not reporting anything.

...and it *was* used multiple, multiple times from March 6 to 12.

I would like to hear Thijs's input on this, i really don't think he got all info needed to simpy reset 2 players for such a minor thing.

Point 2 i believe is not untrue, and point 3 has never been discussed into depth that is has lead to some solution.

ishtar....you witnessed me cast on hello while he was on vacation it appeared on my log and it appeared at hellos end yet it didnt actually do anything to Hello.

So how are players to know what spells work on vacation and waht dont..


I think Daedolith needs to have the final say rather than the 2 mods who openly have personal issues with the clan Imperian and its members.

Lets see, when a village has a HOLE where a building was, and also in the logs ( you have destroyed a barrack) , pretty much tells you if a spell worked or not. The telltale dropping of rank while in vacation mode is also a pretty good indicator...

poppy i think if she used it and take a good look
she can see buildings are going down ,so she can contact an administrator

instead to use it over and over again

If that's your argument I don't think it took 15-20 casts to figure it out.

the decision has been reached through a majority of votes from the administration team.
game developers are aware of the voting process, and respect the team's decision on the matter.
the administration team is not obliged to answer any questions in regards to its actions, and as such, this topic will be locked, particularly because it is not being discussed with the resetted players.
if the resetted players have any further inquiries, feel free to contact an administrator for discussion.
