Topic: buildings while upgrading

right now, all buildings lose their interface while being upgraded. can we retain the functionality of the buildings while they being upgraded? the troop storage bug was fixed in the past to make it stay. can we still train troops in a barrack being upgraded? can the resource buildings continue to produce resources using the pre-upgrade production while being upgraded? can the castle retain its interface while being upgraded? the town overview is a much needed feature for many players, PLUS the ability to scout.
can we have these? thank you.

Well i didnt mean the full functionality of the buildings. Considering that resourse buildings dont produce anything while beeing upgraded, i think in the same way we should not be able to train troops while the military building is beeing upgraded(this should also include  stoping troop production allready on the way if start to upgrade that building). The two functions of the castle, the scouting and town overview could be put separatly as buttons on the game interface and not accesible from castle as it is now. Same with the equipment producing buildings, when you upgrade them you should not be able to produce anything, either starting production OR allready started production should stop when you upgrade that building.
