Topic: Archers and Rain...
From a battle report:
A Wizard casted Soaking Rains 5. 100% of the defending archers cannot shoot. (90% probability)
Suddenly, your captain notices that the enemies archers are getting into place. Quickly, he orders your archers to take aim and fire!
A well placed salvo of Bue1 (260 Archers) kills 1 units from Green guys (103 Gu'al Cavalry).
Somehow this still is not working, it's been posted before, again and again... since there's no fix i'll let the dev's know that it's still not working.

Your village is 38100% bigger than the defending village. You will probably lose 90 honour by attacking this village. If someone of your clan attacked this village earlier, every clan member will lose honour.
